TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient’s needs and maintain the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit.
Our primary focus is on administering the delivery of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids.
We are currently hiring for a full-time Infusion Center Supervisor (NP/PA) in our Richmond, VA Infusion Center. We welcome NPs and/or PA’s from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably outstanding IV skills, and an active license in state of practice.
Summary: This position is responsible for leading the IC clinic team to provide comprehensive care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with chronic health needs in an outpatient setting.
Essential Functions:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide leadership to the IC staff including develop and manage the clinic staffing plan, conduct interviews with candidates, make selection recommendations, set objectives and goals for staff, implement a site training and communication plan and provide on-going feedback and training to staff. Review employee performance through performance evaluations and competencies. Approve timecards, PTO and other personnel administrative duties.
Provide patient and family centered IV infusion care. Facilitate consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team. Incorporate the patient and family in infusion care. Serve as an advocate for patients and families.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, health professionals, health related agencies, patients and families. Work effectively with multidisciplinary team members. Promote mutual respect and trust working within a team model. Review, update and recommend relevant clinical, administrative policies, procedures and education to help assure high quality patient care.
Actively participate in quality initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely records and reports. Participate in patient service and program reviews.
Average work week of 40 hours.
Other duties as assigned.
